Offer satisfied or exchanged

In order to guarantee you exceptional nights every day, Epéda has created the "Satisfied or exchanged" offer. If you are not satisfied with the comfort of your new bedding, you can exchange it. This offer is only valid for customers who have made a simultaneous purchase of a mattress and a bed base from the Epéda Privilège and Dédicace ranges, from one of our distributors located in mainland France (excluding Corsica) and Belgium, between 01/01/2022 and 31/12/2022.

The comfort of your new bedding does not suit you. It may take some time to get used to it. Wait at least 15 days after receiving your mattress.

 

Find the conditions and the list of eligible products

Take your invoice and fill in the online form. It will take 4 to 5 working days for our customer service to validate your file.

Once your file has been validated, our customer service will send you an exchange voucher, which will allow you to go to your distributor (same point of sale) to find your new comfort, among the eligible products.
Choose your comfort and your distributor will place the order.

  • If the price of the new product is higher, you will have to pay the difference. If the price of the new product is lower, no refund will be given.
  • If the new mattress is recommended on a bed base of the same comfort as the one originally purchased, then only the mattress will be exchanged.
  • If the new mattress is recommended on a different bed base than the one initially purchased, then the mattress and the bed base will be exchanged.
  • Our services will do their best to deliver your new bedding to your home as quickly as possible. They will take advantage of the delivery to collect the bedding that was not suiting you.
